DESCRIPTION:

The 2140 litre site towable Adblue bowser makes supplying Diesel Exhaust Fluid to your equipment whilst out on site easy. Buying DEF in bulk will make significant savings on the purchasing price and by having a bowser distribution companies will deliver it straight to your site. Once the bowser is full simply tow it to your equipment across the site and refill the Adblue using the specialist pumping equipment. To ensure the Adblue is stored correctly the 2140 litre bowser is manufactured with a polyethylene inner tank and secured in a bund. Skidbase and Highway towable Adblue bowsers are also available.

    Technical Specifications

    AXLE/SUSPENSION:

    Single solid beam axle fitted with H/D 6 stud 205mm pcd hubs fitted with heavy-duty taper roller bearings.

    COUPLING:

    2” forged welded ring eye.

    OUTER BUND TANK:

    Cylindrical in section with a removable top section for tank access. Rear access door, fitted with stainless steel hinge and fully lockable. Bund contains 110% of tank inner tank content. 4 lifting eyes (c/w fork sockets for use when the tank is out of chassis only)

    PUMP:

    Rotary hand pump, 15’ of ¾” Adblue hose & trigger nozzle stowed on the bracket. Options available on request: Electric Pump, Digital Flowmeter

    WHEELS AND TYRES:

    2 No 10.5 x 15 flotation tyres on 6 stud rims

    ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT:

    Telescopic screw jack on drawbar and rear drop stand.

    INNER TANK:

    Constructed from translucent heavy duty Polyethylene 2” filler cap and chain. 2” vent valve, Ball valve in the base of the tank to pump.

    FINISH:

    Primer and two topcoats, single British Standard colour.
