Shipping is free to England, Wales, and the Lowlands of Scotland. For shipping to the Highlands, Northern Island, or any islands (such as the Chanel Island, Isle of Man, etc. please contact us at the email address including a postcode and we will calculate the shipping for you.

Tornado, Clipex & Pro-Strain:
All orders for Tornado products will be dispatched directly from Tornado.
The cost of smaller items (tools, accessories etc.) will be subject to a delivery charge of £22 (inc. VAT).
The cost of delivery for one roll of netting is £88 (inc. VAT) The cost of delivery for two or more rolls of netting is £44 (inc. VAT).
Please contact us for larger orders as a discount on the cost of the netting and/ or the shipping may apply.
Please note: someone has to be present at the address for the delivery to be made. Deliveries will not be left unattended.
Re-delivery and returns may be subject to an additional charge.
Any items that you wish to return must be in a new / original condition. Tornado may refuse to accept an item if they deem it not to be in this condition.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods or deem them to be faulty, please contact us at info@farmsupplier.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Please do not return goods without contacting us via email beforehand.
To obtain a refund you must take reasonable care of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct an amount based on the condition of the goods.
Made-to-order items cannot be refunded unless you cancel in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The cost of the return may be absorbed by ourselves depending on the circumstances of the return. This will be discussed beforehand. We reserve the right to apply a collection charge for return postage.
If you have paid a delivery charge for faulty goods we may refund the charge. This will be discussed beforehand. Each case will be discussed on an individual basis.
*Tornado returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will incur a collection fee.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the goods to us.
You, the customer, are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged, or destroyed. You have a legal obligation to take responsible care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this, we make a deduction from the refund due to you.
We will only refund via the original payment method.
