About the owner & the team

Richard is a former dairy farmer, arable farmer, and the current owner of an agricultural construction and refurbishment company. With this knowledge and expertise, farm supplier was set up to help farmers and agricultural workers get the products that they use on a daily basis at a great price.

I was born and raised on my Dad’s dairy farm, where I learned the ‘tricks of the farming trade’ so to speak! We kept a large herd of dairy and beef cattle until we sold the dairy cattle in 1999. We then converted the farm into a small equestrian centre and a riding school.

I now live on my own smallholding with my wife Amy, daughter Daisy, my son William. Along with our 2 dogs, numerous chickens, and a rather successful vegetable garden!

Being a farmer’s son, and living on a farm, I understand and appreciate the importance of sourcing reliable, good-quality farming products at the right price. My view is, I don’t sell anything that we wouldn’t have used ourselves.

Mary is our expert on anything equestrian. She has years of experience working in the equestrian industry and with this, a wealth of knowledge
